Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Processing time
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
We ship from local warehouses. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United States: around 3 business days
- United Kingdom: around 2 business days
- Canada: around 7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carriers, customs, weather or incorrect address details.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $10.00 per order
- Free shipping on orders of $73.99 or more

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.
Customs and duties
Orders to the UK and Canada ship from warehouses that serve those regions. If any customs duties or import taxes apply to your order, they are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Address errors and lost parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or it appears lost in transit, contact us at info@paragoncleanse.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
